As a practicing clinical hypnotherapist with almost 19 years experience, I have a few suggestions...! You know what you don't want - you focus on it all the time. What DO you want? How does that look and feel?

What will life be like when you've lost weight? How will you feel? How will you look? What benefits will it bring? Give your subconscious mind something to aim for, and make it attractive! The more benefits you can put into your WHY, the more your unconscious mind will grab onto it and help you to get there!
